Melodies and harmonies

"Lets see..." she said, leaning back in the booth to get more comfortable. "I was adopted and raised in Miami. I have four older brothers. My parents own a restaurant. I have a chubby cat who's name is snow. My favorite color is red and I hate sour foods. What about you?"

Rhyolo would put a hand on his chin as he tough for a moment. He would then look up as he began to speak. "I love spicy food, Only child, unless you count nico and hazel, i can play 6 instruments, i sing and rap, i like to dance, im a nerd, i like basketball, and my favorite color is also red." he then smirks to her as he takes another sip of his mountain dew.

"Cool. Looks like we have some things in common then." The waitress brought their food over promptly, causing Jade to smile again. She really had been starving. "I don't trust people who say they don't like tacos. I mean... it's tacos."

"If you dont like tacos something has to be wrong with you. I swear there is a special place in tarturus for people who dont like tacos." he would chuckle as he made hus joke. He would then start to eat some of his Carne asada as he enjoyed the spicyness of it.

Once her tacos were covered in a reasonable amount of salsa and she had squeezed the fresh lime slices over them, Jade took a bite of her food, not bothering of the mess that the salsa made until she went to wipe it from her mouth. "So what do you think? Understand how it's one of my top three food places here?"

Rhyolo would smile and nod to her as he ate another bite of his Asada. He would the wipe his mouth and grin to her. "Mhm. I see. You have great taste." He then takes another bite as he enjoys the flavors.

"Glad you agree," she said, continuing to eat her food, taking sips of her drink here and there. The waitress came over another time to refill their drinks. Good food and good service - Jade honestly thought that it was hard to beat this place. "So do you get a lot of attention for your dad being who he is, or? I mean.. what's it like? I have tons of brothers and sisters, so."

"Its is kind of the oppisite. I am seen as invisible untill they know who my dad is. Then if they dont know me well they avoid me. I don't blame them though." he would shrug as he would continue to finish his food.

"Not really. That really isn't me. I would rather have a few real people close to me than a crowd of fake people surrounding me. And if you were one of those few people i would appreciate it even more." he would smirk as he winks to her.

"Understandable," she replied. "And only time can tell if we'll end up being good friends. But hey, you have a really good start," she said, giving him a smirk. Noticing that they were nearly finished with their meals, the waitress walked over yet again. Jade asked her for the check and two to-go boxes.

Rhyolo would smirk as he looked to her. "Yeah only time will tell. Who knows, maybe we will end up more than friends." the waitress would come back as he would take the check and put his card into the fold before handing it back to the waitress.

"Maybe," Jade said. "I hate to cut things short, but I don't have that much time out left, and I really need to get somethings done," she said standing up as she grabbed her stuff. "Thanks for lunch, Rhy. I'll see you at camp." She smiled at him before turning to walk away.

Rhyolo would smile as he would grab his leftovers andrun in front of her. He would have retreived his card before then as he smirked amd grabbed her hand. He would then kiss it before letting go and walking out. "No, thank you dear. I will see you around." he would then walk out of the door and seeming vanish as the door closed behind him.
